Makehouse creates opportunities for people, ideas, and disciplines to collide. Through dinners, conversations, exhibitions, visiting creatives, community events, and unexpected collaborations, we bring people together to exchange ideas, find inspiration, and discover what might be possible together.
Build
Makehouse is a place to learn by making. Through hands-on workshops led by female artists, designers, and makers we create opportunities to try new tools, build new skills, and make something real.
Impact
Makehouse is one part makerspace, one part design studio. We partner with communities and organizations to understand real needs, uncover possibilities, and move ideas forward through design research, strategy, and making.
